The agent cannot find my projects

Open Connect with OpenAI in the browser containing your projects. Use the same OpenAI account you connected to the plugin and keep that tab open. Each browser or profile stores its own collection.

The link does not show my project

Open it in the browser and profile where you created the plan. A link identifies a local project: it does not contain a copy or move it to another device. To take it to another computer, export and import its JSON copy.

I cleared my browser data

Import a JSON copy you previously downloaded. The remote service does not keep a recoverable master copy of local projects.

An edit encountered a conflict

Ask the agent to read the project again before continuing. If a request timed out, first check whether the change reached the board to avoid duplicating it.
